Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Ireland takes 7–11 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on location.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is currently free on all orders for a limited time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as you can and we'll do our best to catch it.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are shown in euro (EUR).
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@wagosa.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll walk you through it.
What if something arrives damaged or faulty?
Send us a photo along with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. You won't be out of pocket for our mistake.
Products & Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Sizing varies by product, so each product page lists its own measurements. Measure your dog rather than guessing from breed — two dogs of the same breed can sit a full size apart. If you're between sizes, email us your dog's measurements and we'll tell you which to pick.
My dog is very small or very large — will these fit?
Most of our sized products run from S through to 3XL. Check the measurements on the individual product page, and get in touch if your dog falls outside the listed range.
Are your products safe for pets?
Our products are made for pets and intended for supervised, everyday use. As with any toy or accessory, check items regularly for wear and replace anything that's been chewed through or damaged.
