What to include

You'll get a faster answer if you include a few details up front:

• Order questions — your order number and the email you ordered with.
• Returns — your order number and which item you'd like to return. See our FAQ for the full 30-day policy.
• Damaged or faulty items — a photo of the item along with your order number, and we'll sort a replacement or refund.
• Sizing help — your dog's measurements and the product you're looking at, and we'll tell you which size to pick.
